German A1 articles: der, die, das without panic
Articles look small and cause big pain later. At A1, attach der/die/das to every new noun on your flashcards — Valinerio makes that habit automatic.
Learn gender with the noun
Never learn “Kaution” alone — learn “die Kaution”. Never learn “Termin” alone — learn “der Termin”.
A1 article patterns that help
Many feminine nouns end in -ung, -heit, -keit (die Wohnung, die Freiheit). Patterns help, but cards still win.
